afrottire for Tailors

In the app (fastest)

1. Open afrottire for Tailors and tap More.
2. Under Help and privacy, tap Delete my account.
3. Want a copy of your book first? Tap Export everything.
4. Type DELETE in the box, tap Delete everything, then tap Delete to confirm.

Your whole book is deleted from the phone and from our servers at once. It can't be undone. The phone needs an internet connection, so that the copy on our servers is deleted too.

Without the app

Open app.afrottire.com/tailor/delete, or email privacy@afrottire.com with the email address you sign in with. We check that the request comes from you, then delete your account and your whole customer book within 30 days, and tell you when it is done.

What is deleted

Your business details, and every customer, measurement, order, payment, expense, design card, fabric receipt, aso-ebi group, design and photo in your book. Customers who measured through your links are deleted with your book.

Copies in our nightly backups are gone within 28 days. We keep only a note that an account was deleted, when, and how many records and photos it held, under a scrambled reference with no names or details in it. To have the email address you signed in with removed from our sign-in records as well, email privacy@afrottire.com.

Your measurements

Tap Measurements, open the set, tap Delete, then Delete again. Orders already placed keep their own copy of the measurements, so nothing being sewn changes.

A child's measurements

On your child's card in Measurements, tap Withdraw consent and delete, then Withdraw and delete. The measurements are deleted at once, from the phone or from our servers, wherever they are kept.

Close your account

Email privacy@afrottire.com from any address, with the phone number you sign in with, and ask us to close your account. We check that the request comes from you, then close the account, delete what it holds, and tell you when it is done.

On your phone

Signing out keeps your measurements on the phone. To remove them from the phone too, delete them in Measurements, or uninstall the app.

Anything deleted from our servers is gone from our nightly backups within 28 days. The privacy notice says how long each kind of data is kept, including the copy an order keeps.
